Fabiola Pierre: A Multitalented Creative Making Waves in the Entertainment Industry

Meet Fabiola Pierre, a Florida native hailing from North Miami, currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia. As the youngest of five siblings, Fabiola’s journey in the entertainment industry has been nothing short of remarkable. With a diverse skill set and a passion for creativity, she has made a name for herself in various fields, from event production to artist management.

Fabiola’s career began at FIU Recreation and Wellness Center, where she organized her first major event – a sports job fair. Despite having no template or prior experience, Fabiola’s determination led her to success. It was during this time that she crossed paths with Tiffany Jackson, a fitness instructor at FIU, who recognized Fabiola’s talent for conceptualization.

Impressed by Fabiola’s work on a Facebook page, Tiffany introduced her to a marketing company, where she started as a BTS photographer. Eventually, Fabiola transitioned into working with VIP clients and gained valuable experience in guest relations.

After several years, Fabiola joined Rnbae Collective, a startup founded by one of her former colleagues. Initially serving as the guest relations manager, she quickly climbed the ranks and became a co-producer. This marked the beginning of her journey in curating open mic events, where she demonstrated her keen eye for talent by handpicking artists and panelists.

With her exceptional work ethic and passion for the industry, Fabiola soon found herself co-producing various events and festivals, pushing the boundaries of what she believed was possible.

Driven by her desire to work with festivals and create interactive activations, Fabiola made the bold move to Atlanta, Georgia. In her first year, she attended A3C and volunteered as a backstage manager, gaining valuable insights and expanding her network. Building relationships with different artists, Fabiola started conducting tours and assisting brands in increasing their online presence. Her ability to brainstorm ideas and provide guidance on creative directions became her greatest asset.

With a background in catering, merchandising, event planning, and logistics, Fabiola’s skill set allowed her to excel in diverse roles.
